Fabricate and Crafty Supermarket are putting on an Etsy craft party from 4 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 22! We’ll be getting crafty in Fabricate’s back patio (thanks to Cluxton Alley Coffee!). If you haven’t been to the shop in Northside before, you are missing out!

It was a gorgeous day for a craft show: The spring Crafty Supermarket drew nearly 1,700 shoppers to the Clifton Cultural Arts Center on April 27. Second Sundays on Main

This monthly street fair in Over-the-Rhine is looking for vendors! The summer season consists of five shows — June 9, July 14, August 11, September 8 and October 13 — and you can sign up for one show for $20 or $55 for the whole summer. Get more info here!

Cincinnati Mini Maker Faire

You’ve heard of Maker Faire, right? It’s essentially a festival of DIY, where people show off crazy stuff they’ve made and show you how to make stuff! You asked for it: Our show is getting bigger! Crafty Supermarket will move to the historic Music Hall Ballroom for our holiday show on Saturday, Nov. 23. There’ll be more vendors, more parking spots and more adult beverages than ever before! We’ll post application information for crafters in July (check out the crafter FAQ in the meantime for answers to common questions). Stay tuned!

We work with local arts organizations and DIY-friendly businesses to make the show happen. Here’s a little more info about them!

Cincinnati Art Museum

The museum hosts BYOC (Bring Your Own Craft) the third Sunday of every month. If you don’t have a project you’re working on, you can work on a supplied project for $5. The next BYOC, where you can make Shrinky Dink jewelry, is Sunday, May 21!

Contemporary Arts Center

The CAC draws maker-minded people to its gorgeous building downtown every Monday in the summer for One Night One Craft. Take advantage of the free-admission Mondays, and go make something! This summer’s schedule will be up soon.

Enjoy The Arts

Love the arts but can’t afford to attend events as often as you’d like? Enjoy The Arts membership gets you pairs of free tickets to arts events worth more than $500, plus 50% off tickets as often as you’d like. Membership is $50, and full-time students are eligible for special pricing at $35.
